We do however take our engagement with you seriously and require a fully executed Consultancy Agreement and a Non-Disclosure agreement. This is to protect YOU! and US which creates a platform for TRUST!

Consultancy Agreement.

• Purpose:

  Defines the scope of work, responsibilities, payment terms, and other contractual obligations between a consultant and a client. 

   

• Key Components:

  • Parties Involved: Identifies the consultant and the client. 
     
  • Scope of Work: Details the specific services the consultant will provide. 
     
  • Compensation: Outlines how the consultant will be paid for their services. 
     
  • Timeline: Specifies the duration of the consultancy and any deadlines. 
     
  • Intellectual Property: Addresses ownership of work product created during the engagement. 

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Purpose:

  Protects sensitive information shared between parties, preventing unauthorized disclosure to third parties. 

   

• Key Components:

  • Confidential Information: Clearly defines what information is considered confidential. 
     
  • Obligations of the Recipient: Specifies how the recipient can use the information and what they cannot do with it. 
     
  • Term of Agreement: States how long the confidentiality obligations remain in effect. 
     
  • Consequences of Breach: Outlines the penalties for violating the NDA.
