Firstly, respectfully I say that this publication is not an effort to seek notoriety or attention. I suffer from permanent Severe Mental Health Disability, and Psychosocial Disabilities.

This is a true and accurate story of my life “UNCUT”. 

Never realeased documents, 13 chapters filled with "UNCUT" information about my life, how I became prisoner D72702, spending over 7 years in prison in the last 15 years.  

The content in this Publication will address and mention Sexual Assault, Mental Illness / Ableism, Bullying, Violence, Death or Dying, Self-harm and Suicide and Blood.

The information contained herein is based on facts and not “Innuendo” or “Fanciful” thoughts.

At the outset I wish to point out that I suffer from a permanent disability (Psychological and Psychosocial).

Once you have read this publication you will understand why. In the past 12 months I have been assessed by 5 Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologist, mental health support workers and my General Practitioner.

Writing about my life is part of my journey to help me deal with my (diagnosed) Severe Post Traumatic Disorder, Severe Depression, Paranoia, Anxiety and Psychosocial Disabilities.

Writing about my life is a catalyst to confront the myriad of issues I face in an effort deal with them. After every event I have been debriefed by my Clinical Psychologist.

I assertively and correctly say that the content of this publication is not suitable to anyone who suffers Mental Health Illness and experiences “Flashbacks”. This will be a “Trigger”, and I personally know very well that “Flashbacks” are real, vivid and intense. They can happen at any stage and or any time of the day. They are extremely confronting and takes you to a place you don’t want to go!
